1) Which countries do you deliver to currently?
We deliver to all over the United States and Canada using Premium DHL Express & FedEx Shipping service.
2) What are your shipping charges?
A nominal fee of $7.99 (FLAT) will be applied on all orders, regardless of the number of items you wish to include in one purchase. There are no additional costs such as import taxes and/or duties on any of the items we sell. There may be additional surcharges to remote locations only. View our shipping policy for more details.
3) Can I track my order?
Absolutely! As soon as your product is shipped, a Tracking Number will be provided to you. You can track your package at all times, including the estimated delivery date.
4) What are your delivery options?
Currently, we use premium delivery service with DHL Express & FedEx to provide fast & secure delivery to your doorstep.
5) How much time does it take to to receive the products?
Depending on your location, you should expect to receive your order within 9-15 days on average. You can view our Shipping Policy for additional details.
6) Can I cancel my order?
We allow 24 hours from the time you make a purchase to cancel an order, after which orders cannot be canceled. Please wait for the items to arrive and contact us for return instructions, if you wish to receive a refund/exchange after 24 hours from placing the order. All returned items must include a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Please refer to our Refund Policy for more information.
7) Where are your products sourced from?
All of our products are eco-friendly, using sustainable materials and ethically sourced directly from the hands of immensely talented artisans, currently from different regions of India. Stay tuned, we are constantly expanding to include handicrafts from other parts of the world!
8) Can I buy in bulk?

9) Do you own a physical store?
We are an e-commerce retail store and do not own a physical store. We share this digital marketplace with other commercial platforms such as Amazon, Etsy, eBay, etc. We also have an authorized shop on Facebook. Being in this digital space helps reduce the operating costs to provide you with more value for your purchase.
